     Required Format: DVD (NTSC US Standard Format, Region 0 or 1).

     Deadline:  July 4, each year

     Submission Fee: After May 1 a $5.00 fee is required for each submission.
   Make checks payable in US Funds to: A Cut Above Video Productions, Inc.

     Promotional Material: Yes!  Please send any materials that you have that will assist us in promoting your film!(Posters, stills, etc.)

For valuable consideration, including the agreement to produce the motion picture event currently entitled, the "Melbourne Independent Filmmakers Festival"(hereby known as MIFF), I hereby irrevocably grant to 3 Boys Productions, MIFF program chairman Terry Cronin, their licensees, agents, successors and assigns, the right (but not the obligation), in perpetuity throughout the world, in all media, now or hereafter known, to exhibit and advertise my motion picture in the tentatively titled "Melbourne Independent Filmmakers Festival" (MIFF) and can do so by whatever means exhibited, advertised or exploited using my actual or fictitious name, my likeness or photo, production stills and the produced film. On my own behalf, and on behalf of my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, I hereby release 3 Boys Productions, MIFF program chairman Terry Cronin, their agents, licensees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, liabilities and damages arising out of the rights granted hereunder, or the exercise there of.  It is must also be clear that the written script and the film will remain the intellectual property of the writer/filmmaker and they may also use their script and/ or film as they see fit excepting the above agreement.
