All submissions after May 1st MUST include
a $10 (USD) processing fee. After May 1st make checks payable to:

Please submit 2 copies of each film.
Submissions are only to be sent in the following format...
DVD (Region 0 or 1 format)
(NTSC) US Standard format)

NOTE: Submissions are only to be sent in the NTSC US Standard format. Submissions will not be returned.

You MUST send film(s) and a Filmmakers Release form.
PDF format: Filmmakers Release*

Anything that would not be rated higher than a "R" will be accepted.
